This has been a long year where we’ve seen the comeback of war in Europe, supply shortage, inflation, and recession. At FBK, we’ve also seeing evolution, growth and success. The future is tendering
The whole year was characterized by a high-demand in Tender Management software solutions to digitalize and centralize one of the most complex and articulated process for companies in the Life Science & Healthcare field: tendering—the primary source of revenues for most of them, that in most cases it reaches up to 80% of the total turnover.
We’re proud to constantly support this type of organizations in the path to tender excellence with a Platform in continuous evolution, that let manage bids and tenders at 360° degree—wherever you are. At FBK, we have globalized every solution you need to run a tendering process anywhere in a single platform. We have at least one installation in 120+ countries around the world but we don’t want to stop here,and we are planning soon to install our solutions also in those few countries that we lack.

We hired a lot of new team members from different nationalities, mostly young talents who are
drastically lowering the average age in the company and creating a very cool environment.
At FBK, we think that our culture and values play a fundamental role for our employees, partners,

create a workspace that spreads them every day in every initiative we pursue from the creation of

started working on following the recent myth of sustainability no matter what, but it's been a key
principle of the company since its foundation.

Since last year we have been collaborating with EcoVadis
to improve our sustainability practices – environmental, social, and ethical performance. In March
we received a medal from EcoVadis in recognition of our achievements in sustainability and
equality.
The journey to social and sustainable commitment brings continuous challenges that we are ready
to tackle with a high-impact program. We know that the improvement path is long and articulated
but we are very proud and enthusiastic about this first milestone.
