Central to earning trust is using well-recognized and credible third-parties to verify and certify our approach and help us externally validate that we are, in fact, doing what we say to protect customers and their data.
In order to renew ISO 9001:2015, we relied on DVN GL, the world’s largest classification society, which has closely reviewed our practices and certified that we have properly designed processes.
As more customers move to our CM|XS cloud solution, two years ago we achieved also SOC 2 Type II Report developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). SOC 2 is specifically designed for service providers using the cloud to store customer data, inclusive of nearly every SaaS company.
These results translate to a more secure experience for all FBK customers, that can benefit from the increased security measures required to achieve these certifications.
To maintain the trust of our customers, we will continue to develop security and compliance features to support risk management and data protection.
