Today we have the pleasure to communicate the achieving of the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type II Report. Developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), SOC 2 is specifically designed for service providers using the cloud to store customer data, inclusive of nearly every SaaS company.
SOC 2 report is comprised of five Trust Services Principles (TSP) as Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality and Privacy. It provides an independent assurance that FBK cloud platform fbsys.com is safe and secure, and the entire FBK organization supports the whole process of designing, modifying and supporting activities in a "proven and safe" manner.
Specifically, SOC 2 Type II report provides validation of what are the most critical concerns about security and process control, as protecting against unauthorized access, verifying the system availability for operation and use as committed or agreed, and as for the processing procedure to be complete and accurate, timely and authorized.
Furthermore it ensures that confidential and personal information provided by our client are protected, disclosed and kept secure through the implementation of standardized controls, as defined in the above mentioned AICPA Trust Service Principles framework.
This important attestation report comes at a turning point in the progress of our company, increasing our reliability towards the huge number of high qualifying companies we’re pleased to serve, especially those from North America, usually very mindful about this significant issue.
Achieving SOC 2 Type II represents a truly important milestone for the entire FBK organization.
